Our service is environmentally friendly and we are fully licensed to carry waste, our current waste carriers license started January 2019 and this covers us for the next 3 years. We only use pro-recycling sites like Suez waste and send most reusable items such as clean bedding, clothing, bric-a-brac & furniture to local charity shops.
We deduct saleable items from the cost of clearing the property.
Please note the disposal of waste is not cheap. Please let us know about any fridges or freezer that are old as they need to be treated differently and please notify the team about any mattresses or old big back tv's (the old heavy tv's)
We hold full public liability insurance and we are fully registered with the Environment Agency.
We can collect keys from your solicitor, or estate agent or even a neighbor. We can pick keys up and don’t require you to be at the property if you are unable to be there due to other commitments.
Each customer receives a receipt.
